TV show

Kenji Hatano originally wanted to be a Baseball superstar, but didn't like how one player's mistake can hurt the whole team. Upon being shown a kyotei (hydroboat) race by his Principal and seeing a special turn called a Monkey Turn, he decides to try it out. After capsizing due to a Monkey Turn gone wrong, Kenji decides to become a professional Kyotei racer. Two years later, he graduates from the Yamato Training School and promises his friend Sumi Ubukata that he'll become Japan's No. 1 Kyotei racer within three years.

Kuroko's Basketball the Movie: Last Game

Shortly after the Inter-High of Kagami and Kuroko's second-year, a street basketball team from the USA called Team Jabberwock came to Japan to play a friendly match against a Japanese college-level street basketball team, Team Strky. Bang the Drum Slowly

The story of a New York pro baseball team and two of its players. Henry Wiggen is the star pitcher and Bruce Pearson is the normal, everyday catcher who is far from the star player on the team and friend to all of his teammates. During the off-season, Bruce learns that he is terminally ill, and Henry, his only true friend, is determined to be the one person there for him during his last season with the club. Throughout the course of the season, Henry and his teammates attempt to deal with Bruce's impending illness, all the while attempting to make his last year a memorable one.

Speed Racer X, known in Japan as Mach GoGoGo (マッハGoGoGo, Mahha GōGōGō) and sometimes referred to as New Mach GoGoGo (新・マッハGoGoGo, Shin Mahha GōGōGō), is a 1997 remake of the original 1967 series Speed Racer by Tatsunoko Production, the original producers. The original is an impressive sports manga featuring not heroes, but common boys, and the story depicts the growth of Sumiya 2 junior high school baseball team (the successive captains and players) in downtown Tokyo. Takao Taniguchi, who was a substitute player of the second team of Aoba Gakuin, a prestigious junior high school in the baseball world, but he transferred to Sumiya 2 and he became the captain of the baseball club. After steady training, the team try to do a final game in the regional preliminaries, against Aoba Gakuin.
