Second film of the Mardock Scramble series. Balot and a severely injured Oeufcoque seem to be at the mercy of an obsessed Boiled. Dr. Easter comes to the rescue and the group escapes to "Paradise" where many secrets of Mardock lie and where Balot will need to come to a decision herself about what she will and can do.

Silent Sky is a movie that combines the Special episodes 13 and 14. It consists of the story in the future, three months after the incident that was similar to "New Generation Madness" and the disease Chaos Child Syndrome that brought by the past earthquake in Shibuya.

It is only at their sister's and mother's funeral when a woman meets her niece after many years. The niece is now a grown girl. In this animated short, poetry-spouting high-school swordsman Tatewaki Kuno comes into possession of the egg of the legendary phoenix, which is said to grant its owner incredible powers. A shopkeeper sells the egg to Kuno on one condition: "Never, never, in any circumstance, put the darn thing on your head."

A year after the events of the first season, a virus Digimon called Diaboromon appears and starts attacking the Internet. The children and their Digimon unite once more in order to prevent him from destroying every communications network on the planet.

The first theatrical release, titled Bonobono, opened in theaters on 1993-11-13. The film has since been broadcast on domestic television in Japan, including on broadcast satellite channels such as NHK BS-2. The film has been released on VHS and DVD in Japan, including in a "no cut" edition.
