The Blonde Fury

Cindy, an American FBI agent, travels to Hong Kong to investigate a newspaper editor, Ronny Dak, who is suspected of printing counterfeit money using the newspaper’s presses. The American teams up with a rival reporter and her friend Yu, an undercover law enforcer. Cindy’s investigation takes a sharp turn, however, when Yu’s father, the prosecuting lawyer in the counterfeiting case, is kidnapped.

Follow the Star

Ferry to Hong Kong

Given the very tough topic of social deprivation, extreme poverty and shockingly appalling living conditions, I expected "Cageman" to be very tough to watch. This turns out not to be the case. Instead, "Cageman" is a warm, positive and loving film about friendship. People in the caged housing live as harmonious as possible, supporting each other by their limited means.

Life is a Moment Story

In 2035, 6262 accidentally broke into the time tunnel and returned to the world 50 years ago. When he was awake, he saw Fang Zhongxin's knowledge in 1987. In order to avoid the doubt of the party, she said that her name was Lu Yi and she stayed home temporarily. In the future world, Lu Yi, who has always been in disgust with her husband, was fond of him by the emotional sentiments of Fang Zhongxin. June Bride

To marry her fiance Dong Jifang, Wang Danlin and her father Zhuoran take the cruise home to Hong Kong. Finding out Dong's affair with Bai, Danlin calls off the wedding in anger. Dong responds by deciding to marry Jin. Their nuptials are saved with the timely intervention of Mai.

Toy designer Yau (Anthony Chan) is always bullied by boss (Wong Wan Si) and ex-girlfriend (Money Lo). One day, Yau runs into a beautiful but rebellious girl named Ching (Chingmy Yau), who tells him she is the target of triad harassment. Yau is determined to help her, and he resigns from his job at the encouragement of Ching. The two take low-pay jobs at a fast food chain, and gradually fall in love with each other. But their relationship is threatened when Ching's true identity as the daughter of a tycoon (Roy Chiao) is exposed.

Ladies First

Chen Liujin and Zhang Lihong have a chance encounter with Wang Shu and Li Rong during an outing to the beach. Chen admires Wang, but Wang has fallen for Zhang's charm; Zhang fancies Li, whose heart is set on Chen ironically. The two young men seek to approach their objects of affection on the pretext of inviting the dream date of each other to an outing in the country during which they are teased and made fun of by the two women. To wipe away the shame, Wang and Li plot to intoxicate the women, who pretend to be in a drunken stupor while calling for help from their uncle and father respectively. In front of the elders, Chen declares her love for Wang, and Zhang for Li. Hit with the realisation of the women's sentiments, the two men reciprocate their respective admirers with their well-deserved love.

Entertainment manager James Wong loses his lead singer Jannie Fong when she breaks her contract. Old Mr. Lo has three sons and the youngest one Lo Kung is his favorite. However, Kung does nothing but fool around all day long. Old Mr. Lo is very annoyed about this. The relationship between father and son is thus affected. So on Kung's birthday, his two brothers decide to play a joke on him. They trick him into believing he has won the lottery. Kung is so happy that he spends a tremendous amount of money. When he realizes he is in huge debt, he pretends to go insane and the whole family believes him.

The Last Message

Li (Sam Hui) works at a sanitarium as a male nurse, and Ah Tim (Michael Hui) is a handy man. One day, a bearded old man is sent into the sanitarium with a large bag. Ah Tim manages to steal the bag, and finds antique fragments inside. When the old man dies, the pair learn from his daughter that there is a sunken vessel that is loaded with much more than they already have, so they decide to go after the sunken treasure.

A Touch of Zen

Ku Shen Chai, an artist in his early 30s, still lives with his mother, but he is suddenly shaken by the arrival of Yang Hui-ching, a mysterious princess on the run. The Alishan Uprising

In May of 1949, director Zhang Ying and screenwriter Zhang Che took people to Taiwan to shoot a film that reflected Taiwan's Gaoshan tribe. Unexpectedly, when it was completed, it coincided with the war between the KMT and the Communist Party in Shanghai. Later, the Kuomintang government completely withdrew from Shanghai to Taiwan, and the film crew stayed in Taiwan. The film was also premiered in Taiwan, becoming the first feature film in Taiwanese film history. The episode "High Mountain Green" was widely sung that year and became a classic in film music.

Dragons Forever

A hot-shot lawyer is hired by a Hong Kong chemical plant to dispose of opposition to their polluting ways.
