La Madrastra is fourth in a series of remakes of the 1981 Chilean production of the same name. The program aired five nights a week, Monday through Friday, at 9 pm for 25 weeks. A follow-up special, La madrastra: años después, aired shortly after the finale on 30 July 2005.

Por Siempre mi Amor is an upcoming Mexican telenovela to be produced by Ignacio Sada Madero for Televisa. It is a remake of Mi Segunda Madre, produced by Juan Osorio. in 1990 Canal de las Estrellas will broadcast Mi Segunda Madre after Corazón Indomable concludes in late-September 2013. La Verdad Oculta is a Mexican telenovela, fusion and remake of two telenovelas, one of which is El Camino Secreto; the other is Al Final del Arco Iris, a novela produced by Ernesto Alonso in 1982, written by María Zarattini and José Rendón. Probably because the telenovela is a fusion, there are two sets of protagonists: The actors playing the protagonists of La Verdad Oculta are Galilea Montijo, Gabriel Soto, Alejandra Barros and Eduardo Yáñez, and one of the antagonists is played by Julio Alemán. The telenovela was under the production of Emilio Larrosa. Mexico's Canal de las Estrellas aired the telenovela from February 27, 2006 to August 11, 2006. Univision aired it from August 31, 2010 to March 7, 2011 at 12am central. The story is distinctive in that three artifacts are practically characters in their own right and have their own stories: 1 a piece of paper with writing on it, 2 diamonds, and 3 a pair of cuff links. The story of these artifacts gets quite complicated.

Para Volver a Amar is a Televisa telenovela that aired on the Canal de las Estrellas channel in Mexico from July 12, 2010 to January 30, 2011. It stars Rebecca Jones, Rene Strickler, Alejandro Camacho, Alejandra Barros, and Africa Zavala. The Mexican version however is taken from the original Colombian soap opera series "El Último Matrimonio Feliz". The story is about six women who befriend each other and help each other deal with the pains of life, particularly in regards to marriage and relationships. El Privilegio de Amar is a Mexican telenovela. It was produced by Televisa and broadcast on El Canal de las Estrellas from 27 July 1998 through 26 February 1999. Starring Adela Noriega, René Strickler, Helena Rojo and Andrés García with the participation of leading actor Enrique Rocha and Cynthia Klitbo as the evil Tamara, who is the main villain. El Privilegio de Amar is a remake of the 1985 Venezuelan novela, Cristal. The program aired weeknights at 9pm for 31 weeks, for a total of 155 episodes. El Privilegio de Amar is the highest-rated television program in Mexico to date, it registered an average of 34.8 percent of TV audience. The telenovela received TVyNovelas Award for Best Telenovela, in 1999.

La Fea Más Bella is a Mexican telenovela produced by Televisa. It is the second Mexican version of the popular Colombian telenovela: Betty la fea. La Fea más Bella stars popular actress/singer/comedian Angélica Vale and actor/singer Jaime Camil, with one of the most diverse and popular supporting casts ever assembled in Mexico, including Angélica María, José José, Sergio Mayer, Elizabeth Álvarez, Patricia Navidad and many others. Watch Over Me is an American Television series that debuted on December 6, 2006 on the television network MyNetworkTV. Twentieth Television produced 66 episodes to air weekdays. The limited-run serial is an adaptation of Argentine series Resistiré. Torres, a former Miss Universe, played a woman torn between her bioterrorist fiance and her bodyguard, played by Todd Cahoon. Catherine Oxenberg and Casper Van Dien also appeared as villains. 20th Century Fox Home Entertainment has not announced plans to release this series on DVD and/or Blu-ray. Telefe, which produced the original version, syndicates a 64-episode run of the series in Europe, the Middle East and Asia. It promotes the show as mixing a classic Latin genre with Hollywood aesthetics. From July 2009 it was aired in Slovakia on TV Markíza taking the slot of Latin American telenovelas, but the show was not very successful.

It formally aired in the United States on Univision at 7pm/6pm central from August 9, 2010 to April 19, 2011, replacing Mi Pecado.

American Heiress is a telenovela which debuted on March 13, 2007 at 8 p.m. ET/7 p.m. CT on the American television network MyNetworkTV. This romantic melodrama tells the story of a roughneck pilot and a pampered heiress who survive a plane crash. The show was produced by Twentieth Television, based on the 2004 TV Azteca series La Heredera. Heiress was the last series produced for MyNetworkTV's original all-telenovela format. Though Rafaela was nominated for best female antagonist, best first actor, and best first actress, it did not win any awards. Canal de las Estrellas originally broadcast Rafaela at 5pm MDT from January 31 to March 11, 2011. From March 14 to July 15, 2011, it was moved to 4PM MDT. From June 20 to August 5, 2011, Univision transmitted Rafaela weekdays at 1pm central for 2 hours, replacing Niña de mi Corazón. From August 8, 2011 to October 14, 2011, one episode was shown weekdays at 1pm central.

Amorcito Corazón is a Mexican telenovela produced by Televisa by Lucero Suarez. Rehabilitation of the Venezuelan RCTV telenovela Trapos Intimos. Amor en Custodia is a Mexican television drama, inspired by the popular Argentine telenovela of the same name, and developed and produced by Emilia Lamothe. Amor en Custodia focuses on and satirizes the lives of socialite teens and young adults growing up in Mexico city. It deals with sexuality, drugs, money, jealousy and other issues. It first aired on June 19, 2005 in Mexico City, on Canal 7, and was broadcast nationally a day later by TV Azteca. The pilot episode was also made available as a free download on the series' official website. The series was first shown in the United States by Azteca America on July 18, 2005, and the final episode of the final season was broadcast in Mexico on September 12, 2008 and in the USA on October 3. Amor en Custodia holds the record for longest TV series in Mexico, with eleven seasons and 280 episodes. It has been shown in more than 13 countries, including the USA, Europe, Japan, Thailand, and Latin America, and has been translated into English, French, Japanese, and German.

It was later seen at 1pm central from October 17, 2011 to March 9, 2012, replacing Rafaela. From March 12 to March 23, 2012, Univision moved "Esperanza del Corazón" to 12pm central, due to El Talismán airing at 1pm central.

El Talismán is a telenovela co-produced by Venevision and Univision Studios, starring Blanca Soto and Rafael Novoa as the main protagonists, and Aarón Díaz, Lola Ponce, and Marcela Mar as the main antagonists. Univision had announced that El Talismán would air on the network as part of the 2011–2012 programming schedule, and was confirmed to air in 2012 on November 11, 2011. Though 120 episodes were planned to be produced, the episode count was reduced to a total of 98 due to low ratings. From January 30 to February 3, 2012, Univision aired El Talismán at 8pm central, replacing one hour of Una familia con suerte, and later at 9pm central from February 6 to March 9, 2012. Though El Talismán was seen by 5 million viewers during its premiere day, viewership declined overtime during its prime time airings. As a result, Univision aired El Talismán at 1pm central from March 12 to June 15, 2012.

El amor no es como lo pintan is a Mexican telenovela produced by Juan David Burns and Elisa Salinas for TV Azteca. It was broadcast on Azteca 13 from November 6, 2000 to April 27, 2001 for 165 episodes.

Corazón salvaje is a Mexican telenovela produced by Salvador Mejía Alejandre in conjunction with Televisa and broadcast on El Canal de las Estrellas. The telenovela debuted on 12 October 2009 at 9:00 pm, replacing Sortilegio, and aired for a total of 135 episodes. The final episode was broadcast on 16 April 2010, and the program was replaced with Soy tu dueña. In the United States, the telenovela debuted on 22 February 2010 at 9:00 pm on Univisión, again replacing Sortilegio. However, beginning on 26 April, the program was moved from prime time to the 12:00 midnight time slot.

El Privilegio de Mandar was a successful Mexican political parody broadcast by Televisa on Canal de las Estrellas. It started as a sketch on another Televisa show, called La Parodia, that parodies political, social and cultural events happening in Mexico. High ratings kept the show running. It was first broadcast on October 25, 2004, during La Parodia. Soon, the high success of the program encouraged the producers to separate it from the other show, so on January 3, 2005, it became an independent show. Televisa broadcast what is considered the last episode of the series on July 9, 2006, just after the federal elections in Mexico. However, some of the actors who performed leading roles stated that in a few years, when political events have advanced, they will make a return to see how things are.
