Vikram

Vikram is a 1986 Telugu film directed by V. Madhusudhana Rao, produced by Akkineni Venkat under the Annapurna Studios banner. Akkineni Nagarjuna and Sobhana played the lead roles and the music was composed by Chakravarthy. The film was a remake of the Hindi film Hero (1983) and it is the first debut of Akkineni Nagarjuna as a hero. The film was recorded as a Hit at the box office.

Naan Avan Illai

Naan Avanillai (English: I'm not him) (2007) is a Tamil film directed by Selva. It is a remake of K. Balachander's classic of the same title, starring matinee idol Gemini Ganesan, which was a remake of 1962 Marathi language film To Mee Navhech (English: I Am Not Him), written by Pralhad K. Atre and acted by Prabhakar Panashikar. The thriller movie has Jeevan in the lead role and Sneha, Namitha, Malavika, Jyorthirmayi and Keerti Chawla as his five heroines. This movie created great expectations in the industry, because it was a hit when it was originally made in 1974. Shooting began in December 2006 and it was released in April 2007. The film became a success upon release.

22 Female Kottayam

22 Female Kottayam, also known as 22FK, is a 2012 Indian rape and revenge film directed by Aashiq Abu and starring Rima Kallingal and Fahad Fazil in the lead roles. The film deals with the travails of a nurse who was victimised for no fault of hers and who takes revenge on her tormentors in a rather unusual manner. Set and filmed in Bangalore, the film released on April 13, 2012, and received strongly positive reviews from critics. It was also well received at the box-office.

Angaadi Theru (English: Market Street) is a 2010 Indian Tamil drama film written and directed by Vasanthabalan of Veyil fame, starring debutant Mahesh and Anjali in the lead roles. The film, the title of which refering to the Ranganathan Street in Chennai where the story plays, also features actress Sneha appearing in a cameo role as herself and music jointly composed by Vijay Antony and G. Enakku 20 Unakku 18 (Tamil: எனக்கு 20 உனக்கு 18; English: I am 20, You are 18) is a 2003 Tamil romantic film written and directed by Jyothi Krishna. The film stars Tarun,Shriya Saran and Trisha Krishnan in the lead roles, while Vivek and Manivannan play other pivotal roles. The film was also simultaneously shot and released in Telugu with a slightly different cast as Nee Manasu Naaku Telusu. The film's score and soundtrack are composed by A. R. Rahman.

Naan Avanillai 2 (English: I am Not Him) is a 2009 Tamil romantic mystery film directed by Selva. It is the sequel to the Naan Avanillai (2007). Jeevan reprises the lead role, while the female roles are enacted by Sangeetha, Lakshmi Rai, Shweta Menon and Sruthi Prakash and Rachana Maurya. D. Imman, who did the film score for the first part of the film, replaced Vijay Antony as the music director. The film was released on 27 November 2009 to extremely negative reviews

Dil-E-Nadaan (The Innocent Heart) is an Indian Hindi film directed by C.V. Sridhar, released in 1982. The film stars Rajesh Khanna in the main lead role as Anand and Shatrughan Sinha as his friend, as the second lead character of the film.[1] This film was remake of the 1978 Tamil film Ilamai Oonjal Aadukirathu, directed by C.V. Sridhar, where Kamal Hassan and Rajnikanth played the lead male roles. After the success of the Tamil version, C.V. Sridhar decided to remake it in Hindi and directed it himself.

Seedan (Tamil: சீடன்) (English: Disciple) is a 2011 Indian Tamil-language drama film directed by Subramaniya Shiva. The film stars newcomer Unni Mukundan and Ananya of Naadodigal fame in the lead and features Dhanush in an extended guest appearance, while Suhasini, Sheela and Vivek appear in supporting roles. The film, a remake of the 2002 Malayalam hit film, Nandanam, released on 25 February 2011 to mixed reviews. The whole film is shot inside a palacial set created by art director Jacki. The whole house including the exterior and interior was built in Prasad Studios. After more than a few decades a full traditional house set is made for a Tamil film.

Bhagyaraj and K. S. Ravikumar, and features Priyamani in the lead role. The film was an adaptation of the Thai horror film Alone. Produced by Global One Studios and distributed by Hansraj Saxena's Sax Pictures, Charulatha released on 21 September 2012 with dubbed Malayalam and Telugu versions with the same title.

Naa Oopiri (transl. My breath) is a 2005 Telugu language film directed by Kanmani and starring Vadde Naveen, Sangeetha, and Anjana in the lead roles. Upon release, the film was also dubbed in Tamil.[1] This film marks the Telugu debut of Anjana, Kanmani, Deepak Dev (in his only Telugu album to date), and Suresh Urs.

Matinee is a 2012 Malayalam romantic film directed by Aneesh Upasana and starring Maqbool Salmaan and Mythili in the lead roles. The film marks the directorial debut of still photographer Aneesh Upasana while Mammootty's nephew Maqbool Salmaan plays his first lead role. The story is about two person's journey to filmdom and how their life changes on one Friday's matinée show. The film's lead role is played by Maqbool Salmaan who had earlier appeared in a short role in A. K. Saajan's Asuravithu. Maqbool is the nephew of noted actor Mammootty. He is the son of Ibrahimkutty, the younger brother of Mammootty who had been a popular star in the miniscreen. The film is produced by AOPL Entertainment which also launched Mammootty's son Dulquer Salmaan earlier the year through Second Show.[1] Matinee released on 13 December to positive reviews from critics and audiences. The film was appreciated for its realistic approach and the performances by lead actors.

Krishnanum Radhayum

Krishnanum Radhayum (Malayalam: കൃഷ്ണനും രാധയും) is a 2011 Malayalam film,[1][2] directed and produced by Santhosh Pandit. Santhosh Pandit plays the lead role in the film and also does the lyrics, music, fights, art, editing, back-ground music, effects, singer, story, dialogues, script, costumes, production designing and title graphics. The film was simultaneously shot in three languages, Malayalam, Hindi and Tamil.[citation needed] While the Malayalam version got released on 21st Oct 2011, the post production works of the Hindi and Tamil versions are on progress[citation needed]. As per the latest reports, the Hindi version of the movie is slated for February 2012 release
