Neeyethra Dhanya is a Malayalam movie based on a novel named Oru Njayarazhchayude Ormaykk, by K. K. Sudhakaran. The film tells the story of a girl named Shyama, who committed suicide and the reason behind it.

Gopan, Kora, and Bhakthavalsan are three college students who share same house along with Prem, another classmate. While the trio is more interested in loafing their time by flirting with girls, Prem is more serious in his attitude towards life.
