Girls' Generation and the Dangerous Boys is a 2011 South Korean variety television programme, starring nine-member girl group Girls' Generation. It aired on jTBC from December 18, 2011 to March 4, 2012 on Sundays at 19:30. Girls' Generation meets up with five trouble making boys. They split into teams and try to make each of the boys become more respectable.

Popstars The Rivals was a British television talent show series that was broadcast on ITV in late 2002. It was the second UK series of the international Popstars franchise. Unlike Popstars, which resulted in the formation of one winning group – Hear'Say – Popstars: The Rivals created two rival groups, Girls Aloud and One True Voice, who competed against each other for the Christmas Number One spot on the UK Singles Chart. Popstars The Rivals aired on ITV on Saturday nights from 7 September 2002, beginning with three pre-recorded episodes of preliminary audition rounds, before switching to live broadcasts of studio performances. During the rounds of live show, viewers voted for their favourite performers by telephone and the Red Button on digital television remote controls. Baker Boys is an English-language Welsh television drama series, produced by BBC Wales and broadcast on BBC One Wales. The series was written by Helen Raynor and Gary Owen. Torchwood creator Russell T Davies also had a role as creative consultant, which he fulfilled from Los Angeles. The first episode of the series was broadcast on 23 January 2011. The programme follows the workers of Valley Bara bakery which is the economic centre of Trefynydd, a small fictional village in South Wales. Generations of people had earned a living and formed a life at the bakery but this is thrown into jeopardy when recession bites and the bakery workers find themselves unemployed overnight. Writer Helen Raynor describes it as "a blue collar drama", explaining "we wanted to tell the story of a community, with a workplace at the centre of it, who suddenly fall on hard times".

The title of the show itself, The TaeTiSeo, was the three singers' name when they formed the Girls' Generation subgroup, TTS, back in 2012. It is the second reality show in OnStyle’s Real Star series, following Jessica & Krystal. An OnStyle representative stated, "We'll relieve viewers' curiosity about what TaeTiSeo do during their free time, what they talk about when the three get together...We plan on revealing honest and sweet moments of Taeyeon, Tiffany, and Seohyun...We believe this will be an opportunity to see TaeTiSeo not on a brilliant stage, but in their everyday lives." The three singers attended a press conference for the premier of the show on August 26, 2014.

It is about three generations of the Ahn family who are all living in one house in the suburbs of Seoul, and how they deal with the societal discrimination that their smart and highly educated, eldest granddaughter faces, when she became a single mother. It aired on cable channel jTBC from October 27, 2012 to March 17, 2013 on Saturdays and Sundays at 20:50 for 39 episodes. The series received consistently solid ratings, and its January 26, 2013 episode reached 7.955%, breaking the previous record of Reply 1997 to become the highest viewership ratings that a drama has received on Korean cable. It went on to break its own record for the February 24 episode, with another cable drama all-time rating high of 10.715%.

OK! TV is an early evening magazine programme, broadcast on Channel 5 as a brand extension of celebrity title OK! Magazine. It replaced the former magazine and discussion show Live from Studio Five on 14 February 2011, and was presented by Kate Walsh and Matt Johnson, both of whom later left the programme. Jeff Brazier and Jenny Frost replaced Walsh and Johnson in August 2011 and presented the show until its cancellation. The show was made by the 5 News team and produced by Sky News for Channel 5. On 8 November 2011, it was announced that the show has been cancelled by Channel 5. The show aired its final edition on 16 December after ten months on air due to the contract for 5 News returning to ITN.
