Scrapheap Challenge is an engineering game show produced by RDF Media and broadcast on Channel 4 in the United Kingdom. In the show, teams of contestants had 10 hours in which to build a working machine that could do a specific task, using materials available in a scrapheap. The format was exported to the United States, where it was known as Junkyard Wars. The US show was also produced by RDF Media, and was originally shown on The Learning Channel. Repeats have aired on another Discovery network, the Science Channel.

Kids Incorporated, also known as Kids Inc., was an American children's television program. The television program portrays scenarios in which children and teenagers meet their favorite stars in "unpredictable and humorous" settings that have been engineered by their friends and family. The show is Disney Channel's first reality series since the Totally in Tune show. In Canada, Family Channel aired two episodes of PrankStars on September 30, 2011, and a total of four episodes were originally supposed to broadcast before the series was withdrawn. Rubik, the Amazing Cube is a Saturday morning cartoon that aired from September 10, 1983 to September 1, 1984 in the United States, produced by Ruby-Spears Productions. The program, broadcast as part of The Pac-Man/Rubik, the Amazing Cube Hour block on ABC, featured a magic Rubik’s Cube named Rubik who could fly through the air and had other special powers. The show is broadcast in the UK on Bravo and Channel One, in which David Wartnaby served as the narrator of the first season followed by Lee Boardman in the second season of broadcast in the particular country, and is expected to return in 2012. In Australia, it is shown on the pay-TV channel FOX8. The series was given its own local name titled Global Shockers for the Philippines market and it was hosted by Johnny Delgado.

You Bet Your Life is an American quiz show that aired on both radio and television. The original and best-known version was hosted by Groucho Marx of the Marx Brothers, with announcer and assistant George Fenneman. The show debuted on ABC Radio in October 1947, then moved to CBS Radio in September 1949 before making the transition to NBC-TV in October 1950. Big Brother: After Dark was an uncensored, uncut live feed from the American Big Brother House while broadcast on Showtime2. The program debuted on July 5, 2007 as a companion show since Big Brother 8 and it aired on Showtime 2 in the United States and Slice in Canada. The program was the only first-run original program produced specifically for any of Showtime's seven multiplex channels. On May 29, 2013, it was announced that Big Brother: After Dark will move to TVGN beginning on June 26. While it was promoted by TVGN as remaining uncensored as it was on Showtime 2, on TVGN "Big Brother: After Dark" is now rated TV14 and censored for language by muting of the audio.. The network says that nine words and nudity will be censored from the show, though some profanity still goes through. The broadcast airs uncensored over Slice in Canada. A version of this program was also developed as a companion series to Big Brother Canada on Slice.

How to Look Good Naked is a television program, first aired on British Channel 4 in 2006, in which fashion stylist Gok Wan encourages women and men who are insecure with their bodies to strip nude for the camera. The programme is unique among other similar makeover shows in that it never encourages participants to undergo cosmetic surgery or lose weight. The US format premiered on Lifetime Television in 2008 with Carson Kressley hosting, it was the #1 Unscripted Show on the network at the time.

Chop Cut Rebuild was an automotive television series seen on Speed Channel from 2004 - 2013. Hosted by Canadian actor, Dan Woods, previously known for his role as Principal Daniel Raditch in the first four seasons of Degrassi: The Next Generation. On March 5, 2013, Fox Sports announced that it would relaunch Speed Channel as Fox Sports 1 on August 17, 2013, with significant changes in programming but retaining NASCAR coverage. On June 21st, 2013, Fox Sports 1 announced that a number of series that aired on Speed Channel would not be part of the new Fox Sports 1 line up, Chop Cut Rebuild will not be part of the new network. Starting April 8th 2014, Chop Cut Rebuild will air on MAVTV.

Sliced was an American television series that premiered on April 22, 2010 on The History Channel. The program was hosted by John McCalmont and Budd Kelley, who "slice" everyday objects in half to uncover how they work. The show aired on Thursdays at 10:00 pm Eastern Time, with three episodes airing on a Saturday afternoon, and the last airing on a Thursday at 8:00 pm Eastern Time.

Ice Pilots NWT is a reality television series broadcast on History Canada that portrays Buffalo Airways, an airline based in Yellowknife, Northwest Territories, Canada. Buffalo mainly flies WWII-era propeller planes year-round in the Canadian North. It premiered on November 18, 2009. The show was renewed for a second season with filming completed on August 2nd, 2010. The season premiere was aired on History Television January 12th, 2011. The episodes in season 4 have been shown on the Discovery Channel in the UK. Season 1 of Ice Pilots began airing on the National Geographic Channel in the US on April 22, 2011. Both Season 1 and 2 have aired in Australia on National Geographic Channel and National Geographic Channel HD and currently air on the digital channel 7 Mate.

Ramsay's Best Restaurant is a television programme featuring British celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay broadcast on Channel 4. During the series restaurants from all over Britain competed in order to win the "Ramsay's Best Restaurant" title. The initial 16 restaurants were selected by Ramsay from a pool of some 12,000 entries submitted by Channel 4 viewers. In the first stage of the competition, eight pairs of restaurants representing the same type of cuisine were pitted against each other, with winners progressing to semi-finals, and then the final. Although originally announced as a 12-part series, the series had nine episodes aired between September and November 2010. It was announced in the grand final broadcast on 9 November that the competition was won by Casamia, a Michelin-starred Italian restaurant based in Bristol, with Prashad, an Indian Gujarati vegetarian restaurant from Bradford, finishing as runner-up.

Border Wars is an American documentary television series on the National Geographic Channel. The program follows agents of the U.S. Border Patrol, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, and other divisions of the Department of Homeland Security as they investigate and apprehend illegal aliens, drug smugglers, and other criminals violating immigration to the United States and customs laws. It and sister series Canada's Worst Handyman are the two highest-rated programs on Discovery Channel. Amazing Eats is an American food reality television series that premiered on January 11, 2012 on the Travel Channel. The program is hosted by actor and food enthusiast Adam Richman. In each episode, Richman tracks down all the best mouth-watering cuisines in the United States. New episodes currently airs every Wednesday at 9pm EST in place of Richman's popular series Man v. Food during its mid-season break. The episodes consist primarily of footage from Man v. Food and Man v. Food Nation re-edited by theme instead of city, and with the eating challenge segments omitted.

The show follows the work of officers of the Canada Border Services Agency as they enforce Canadian customs, quarantine, immigration and finance laws.

Top Trumps was a 10-part British television series based on the famous card game. It aired on Channel 5 in 2008, the channel being called Five at the time of broadcast. It was produced by Lion Television and presented by Robert Llewellyn and Ashley Hames. The show was a competition between the two presenters. Each chose one type of the machines chosen and finds out facts about it. At the end of the show, each presenter must choose 2 Trump factors to use in which they think their chosen machine will be best in. A fifth one gets randomly chosen. The winner is the one who wins on most Trumps factors.

A fondo (English: In Depth) was a Spanish television interview program hosted by Joaquín Soler Serrano that was broadcast on La Primera Cadena of Televisión Española from 1976 until 1981. The program's mission statement, according to its opening title cards, was to interview "the leading figures in letters, the arts, and sciences." The Five is an American talk show on Fox News Channel featuring a rotating panel of contributors who discuss current political issues and pop culture. The show premiered in July 2011, replacing the Glenn Beck program, and airs on weekdays at 5:00 p.m. ET with replays at 2:00 a.m. ET. On October 3, 2011, after successful ratings and high popularity, Fox News announced that The Five would become the permanent 5p.m. series, as the program was previously announced to last only during the summer. It is a Spanish adaption of the Disney Channel Italy Original Series Quelli dell'intervallo. The premiere of the series in Spain took place on September 11, 2006 in the channel and the Disney Channel 16th of the month and year when Disney Zone @ TVE. Since then broadcast daily on Disney Channel and Saturdays and Sundays at TVE. In 2007, the characters played by Andrea Guasch and Sergio Martin were absent due to the filming of the Disney Channel Games 2007. The second season began filming in June 2007 and debuted in late 2007 on Disney Channel Spain.

Saber y ganar, the cultural quiz show of "La 2" hosted by Jordi Hurtado, has celebrated sixteen years on the air, thus becoming the daily program with a longer running time in the history of Spanish television. During the show's thirty-minute duration three contestants compete in different tests where they have to answer trivia-like questions, putting their mental, reasoning and memory abilities to the test. Most of the questions have a moderate level of difficulty and are spread over six different games: "Cada sabio con su tema", where each contestant answer questions about a given topic of their choice; "La pregunta caliente", where contestants must answer random questions; "El duelo", where two contestants answer questions about a topic that changes daily; "La parte por el todo", where the contestants must figure out what an image, piece of text or piece of music belong to; "La calculadora humana", where the contestant with the second highest score must answer fifteen basic arithmetic operations in 50 seconds in order to keep his/her earnings for the day; and finally "El reto", where the contestant with the least score has to figure out seven words from their root and definition in order to remain in the game. If the contestant loses the "El Reto", a new individual will be chosen to replace him/her the next episode.

Grand Slam is an American game show based on the British series of the same name. Unlike the British series, which was played as a regular quiz show, the American version was conducted as a super tournament featuring contestants who had earlier appeared on other game shows. Grand Slam aired on GSN for eight episodes from August 4, 2007 until September 8, 2007. Dennis Miller and Amanda Byram hosted the program but did not participate in the games themselves, instead providing commentary in between rounds. The questions were asked by Pat Kiernan, who was never seen on camera. The series is produced by Embassy Row Productions in association with Sony Pictures Television and GSN. Legendary Jeopardy! champion Ken Jennings was the winner of the Grand Slam tournament, defeating Ogi Ogas in the final round.
