This is the second film in the Gachiban MAX series of juvenile delinquent action films, filmed in a guerrilla style and featuring realistic fight scenes. Kubota Masataka stars in this one, as he did in the first film, with handsome new actors added in vivid fight scenes. Kuronaga Yuto (Kubota), who took control of Shibuya in the first film, moves into Kabukicho in Shinjuku. He challenges a fight against Aikawa Koji (Matsuzaki Yutaka) the Kabukicho high school gang leader who does any bad thing he likes and manipulates yakuza and nightclub hosts with money.

"Drop" tells the story of a boy named Hiroshi Shinanogawa, who grew up in the 1980s. He became inspired by the Be-Bop High School manga and decided to become a delinquent. Hiroshi dropped out of a private middle school and transferred to a public school There he joins up with a delinquent gang.

But, Reo has a dark side of running a loan shark operation, and brutally calls in loans by making female debtors sell their bodies.

The lead is played by Arai Atsushi of the idol actor's group D2. Reo (Arai) lost out to roving delinquent Hayato (Kubota Masataka), but continues with modeling and loan sharking. He rakes in the cash with devotee and underling Shinai (Sato Hisanori), but before long they catch the attention of the mob.

But rather than cramming them with lots of general information, his down-to-earth class concentrates on unknown techniques for passing the entrance examination and how to live a good life in these turbulent times. His refreshing outlook and strategy may just be what is needed to turn around the future prospects of himself and his students and teach the rest of us a thing or two as well!

Seventeen-year-old Nanaka Kirisato is a high school student serious about her studies and goals in life. She frequently criticizes her best friend, Nenji Nagihara, for being a childish delinquent who spends his time fighting other boys. Based on the comedy manga by Abe Shuji, "Elite Yankee Saburo" tells the story of Ookochi Saburo (Ishiguro Hideo), a plain and shy boy entering high school. Yamaguchi Kumiko is actually the 4th generation heir to Oedo group, a yakuza clan. Even though everyone in there clan wants her to the next leader, she made up her mind and so everyone accepted it.

This story follows the adventures of Takashi and Itō. At first they are enemies but soon become friends. They are may seem like normal students, but really aren't all that normal. They are the two known troublemakers. They get into many fights with people.

Shiiba Gaku has transferred to Kushima High School which is called ‘Windmill’ because of the windmill monument on its rooftop. His ambition is to get to the top of the school. Bad boys like Tobe, the leader of Hydra, a gang of delinquents; and Shiro, rumoured to be the strongest of the first year students, crowd the school grounds. Hikuma Koichi was a saxophone player, but he suffers from the after-effects of an accident. Due to that, he turned his back on music. Hikuma Koichi finds hope in the high school brass band. The band consists of problem students. Koichi struggles to instruct the brass band and to give them hope.
