After Annunziata (Angela Molina) opens up a hostel with her friend Antonio (Daniel Ezralow), she is saved from being raped by a Camorra boss as the gangster is suddenly killed. The killer escapes before Annunziata is able to see who it was. Following this murder are several others, and always with the same “signature” — a syringe in one of the testicles of the victims. As the gangsters continue to be killed off, the identity of the killer – or killers – slowly becomes obvious.

Blood Brothers

The Student

Mario Ferrara Villalta, a nobleman, does not realize that Nino Esposito is secretly a confidant of Don Alfredo Spinosa, a boss of the Camorra , and Roberto's father, his classmate, and appointed him as secretary, unaware of reports of the young with the underworld. Being a close friend of Roberto, Nino agrees to accompany him to a party held in the luxurious villa owned by a girl named Claudia Vieri, daughter of an industrialist friend of Roberto's father.

San Francisco Docks

Longshoreman Johnny Barnes is in love with Kitty Tracy, barmaid at her father's waterfront saloon, and he beats up Cassidy, a crooked politician who has been annoying her. Cassidy is murdered that night and Johnny is jailed for the crime. Kitty, her father Andy Tracy, and waterfront-priest Father Cameron believe Johnny is innocent but all evidence points to his guilt.

The City Stands Trial

Turn-of-the-century Naples. Salvatore Ruotolo and his wife are murdered and their bodies are found in different locations. Since the evidence points to a crime by the Neapolitan crime organization, the Camorra, fear and corruption cause serious hindrances to the investigation by police authorities. In charge is a young and courageous judge who, using evidence discovered by chance, tries to reconstruct the story of the double murder. The plot that the judge must unravel is very complicated.
