Nasrani takes us to the Kottayam belt, where rich rubber planters and estate owners live. One such rich planter is David John Kottarathil, popularly known as DK. DK spends most of his time at the Cosmo Club, where he is the secretary too. He has his say over all spheres of human activity. He is respected and feared too.

Pappu is a person who takes a relentless stand for justice right from his early years. His protests against his teacher who discriminates between the landlord's son and other children brings him the wrath of the landlord and he's forced to leave home. He leads a hard life fighting to uphold his ideals. He ends up being a rickshaw puller and at this time finds a child from the gutter and takes care of her. The four chapters of the film tell stories, which are independent of each other. The only connection between them is the recurring theme of crime. With the flow of the movie, there is an increase in the complexity of the crimes.
