Karayuki-san, the Making of a Prostitute is a 1975 Japanese film by director Shohei Imamura. It is a documentary on one of the Japanese "karayuki-san," who were women that were taken from their homes in Japan and used as prostitutes in the post-war period. Many of these women were told that they were doing this to support their families because of the extreme poverty that the war left much of Japan to live in. Imamura focuses on a particular such woman who was sent to Malaysia and never returned to Japan. Joan Mellen, in The Waves at Genji's Door, called this film, "Perhaps the most brilliant and feeling of Imamura's fine documentaries."

When her aunt, a free-spirited photographer (Karie Kahimi), goes missing in South America, her mildly scatter-brained mother (Kaho Minami) and father (Tetsuji Tanaka) go looking for her, leaving the girl, Natsumi, to look after her sleeping sibling, Ai (Rosa Kato). Yes, this is a clear case of child neglect, but Natsumi is such a no-nonsense, responsible type that it seems almost understandable. Soon after Mom and Dad leave, she notices that Ai, incredibly, is up and about, with the body of a woman, but the mind of an 8-year-old.

An unapologetic former sex worker starts working at a bento stand in a small seaside town, bringing comfort to the lonely souls who come her way.

Toru Kamiya performs a false confession of love to stop his classmates' bullying. The story begins when Maori Hino, a girl in his class (whom Toru has made the false confession to) gives him three strange conditions for going out with him: "Not to talk to her until after school", "To keep communication brief", and "Not to fall in love with each other". Gradually, the promise of "Not to fall in love" falls apart, and Toru finally cannot hold back his feelings and confesses his love to Maori. However, Maori confesses to him that she has anterograde amnesia, which causes her to lose her memory in a day. Her memories and experiences are reset every day, and she writes down the day's events in a diary and wakes up early in the morning to review them in order to keep her memory alive. Toru is devoted to bringing her as many happy days as possible.

Oda Nobunaga and Nohime were originally married to mend a hostile relationship between neighbouring regions. Unfortunately, they were like oil and water, making for a somewhat unhappy marriage. When Oda’s enemy, Imagawa Yoshimoto, attacks Owari with his vast army, Oda is devastated by the overwhelming gap in military strength. However, Nohime encourages him not to despair and the pair draw up a tactical plan that will allow them to overcome the odds.

He tried to make her happy with using various techniques, yet he gives up. With despaired and humiliated, Kikunosuke goes on a trip to become the best “Saoshi.” Then, Kikunosuke meets Yukino, has many struggles, at a bar, and he decides to sleep with Yukino. However, a mysterious man watching at them from outside.

After disbanding the trio, entertainer Kenichi was working part-time at a cleaning company. On the other hand, Nami, who was Kenichi's ex-girlfriend, formed a new combination with Yusuke and was working hard at training, but her material was boring and she relied on Kenichi. Meanwhile, Kenichi and Kazuyo naturally have a physical relationship, but she finds out that Kazuyo was actually the wife of the late Kantaro Namiki, whom Kenichi admired.
