As the motives behind the actions of the Wolkenritter become clear, Nanoha and Fate find themselves in a race against time to stop the reactivation of a highly dangerous artifact known as the Book of Darkness.

The story follows 27-year-old Tokyo office worker Mire Yoshizuki who just returned to Japan, 22-year-old fourth-year college student Sora Nagase who aspires to be a teacher, and 20-year-old boyish, part-time Hiroshima okonomiyaki shop worker and freelancer Reika Kawatani. What draws together these three women from completely different walks of life is a magic gem. A "New Magical Story" begins when they are mysteriously brought together by chance and embark on a journey.

The search for documentation about the sea for a school work will make the magic door of Doraemon open and take Nobita to Shizuka, Gian and Sueno in the deep ocean. Nobita has changed the real world to a world of magic using the "Moshimo Box" in admiration of magic. One day, Nobita meets Chaplain Mangetsu, a magic researcher, and his daughter Miyoko. Nobita, along with his friends, Doraemon, Shizuka, Suneo, Gaian and Dorami, together with Miyoko, storm into the Devildom Star, just like the "Legendary Seven Heroes" in an ancient book in order to confront the Great Satan and peace returns to the world of magic.
