Julian, a young and ambitious mob boss, demands control of the rulership that the rival gangster leader Vinnie Mastrantonio possesses. Shortly after, Julian is visited by Haggerty and Murtaugh, two unscrupulous businessmen who offer him a huge amount of money to "take care of" their biggest competitor Conrad. ‘When Ghost Meets Zombie’ tells the story of a female ghost who falls in love with a zombie, accidentally possessing the zombie’s body, and encourages the latter to take part in a pageant in order to realise her unfulfilled dream.

A man is found dead on the road. The police are on site to collect and examine the evidence. According to the police officer, it appears to be a straightforward hit-and-run accident until a pathologist operates on the deceased and suspects otherwise. The only witness to the accident is a 9 year-old boy who was found hiding behind the branches of a tree and he happens to be the deceased stepson. Hence, the investigation begins.
