Twenty-two strangers must compete in a series of missions, the more missions they win, the bigger the prize pot. However, amongst the players lie the ‘Traitors’, who meet in secret and decide who to eliminate from their fellow players known as ‘Faithfuls’. Whilst trying to avoid being eliminated, the Faithfuls must figure out who is a Traitor and vote them out to take the prize money for themselves. If a Traitor makes it to the end, they are in with a chance of taking home the cash prize. But there will be twists, turns, and surprises for the players.

Then, in a dramatic plot twist, the winning team turn on each other to be named the ‘Best of the Best' and earn a place in the series Grand Final where the ultimate puzzler will be crowned.

Nine pairs of everyday people are unleashed on an epic global adventure through a series of Bond inspired challenges, for a shot at winning a life-changing £1,000,000 prize. The Controller, Brian Cox, is the mastermind behind the game, watching the pairs as they hunt for 10 questions he’s hidden around the world.

In each high-octane episode, two players go head-to-head and take turns picking cards to get three-in-a-row, which is Lotería. Each time a card appears on their unique bingo-style card, they bank big money. Landing on one of the "Loca Cards" creates a twist in the game and gives players the opportunity to bank even more cash by competing in wild, interactive challenges.
