Yuichi is a freeter who has lazy days. He receives an allowance from a woman that he lives with. Tomoko is a housewife. Yuichi and Tomoko meet through an online dating website. They become involved in an intimate relationship, but their lives are about to be shaken by an incident.

This TV dramatization of the Nabari Poisoned Wine Case depicts Okunishi in an isolated cell, his mother’s unwavering belief in his innocence, and the effort of people who have rallied to Okunishi’s defense.
