In "Ayashiki Raihousha," a mysterious visitor appears in front of Tanuma. Nearly every day, the visitor visits Tanuma, talks to him a little, and then leaves. Natsume, who knows the visitor is a youkai, worries for Tanuma, but Tanuma enjoys these exchanges with the youkai. The youkai means no harm, but Tanuma's health slowly starts to deteriorate.

The authorities give chase and damage his ship in the pursuit, forcing him to land in modern day Tokyo, Determined, he breaks into a van and attaches the device, recklessly kidnapping Nobucho, Shinichi, Teko and their teacher, Hokubei. Their initial resistance force lands them in Tokyo on March 9th 1945, during the US bombing campaign. Escaping again to the past the group eventually arrives at the Warring States period. There the future and the past collide as factions from Jiro's era seek to alter their past at a pivotal moment at Honnoji.

Hanako Kitamura, a delivery health girl who was deceived by a marriage scammer Nobuo Takada and lost her sentence, rolled into a udon shop run by Kazuyoshi Minowa and went to Banda at this shop. Allowed to work as a resident with Rei. Hanako behaves with her own brightness and becomes a popular udon restaurant. Around the same time, Minowa's friend Takanori Gomi continues to worry about the bookstore he runs. Takashi holding his wife Akane decides to close the store. Kazuyoshi also began to be aware of bright Hanako. One night, Kazuyoshi confesses to Hanako that his only daughter, Sachi Sudo, is there. Because Kazuyoshi strongly opposed the marriage of Sachi and Kenji, Sachi became with Kenji as if he were running away from home.

However, after the deaths and disappearance of a few trainees, Hiroshi Totsuka, the principal of the school who was once hailed a "hero of the era" was suddenly being judged as evil. As the camera follows Totsuka, it also sheds light on the school and its philosophies from different angles. Physical punishment has been supposedly banned, but Totsuka still adheres to his principles of unforgiving training being the best way to help grow socially-inept and emotionally damaged young children into strong adults. However, controversy dogs the school still today; yet another tragedy surfaces, forcing the media to reflect on the school’s role in today’s less forgiving attitudes toward corporal punishment.

By meeting them, I's boring life changes. They start the "Midnight Maiden War," which is their plan to destroy Tokyo.

Tōko works as a shrine maiden. Her days are full of joy, as she would be called out by the village people to play or sometimes simply savor time with nothing spectacular to do. One day, Tōko finds out that the village festival which she has been waiting for with great anticipation will be cancelled due to an old superstition. Tōko, who wants to make the festival happen, starts preparations against the advice of the villagers. Events unfold in an unexpected direction when she meets a strange little girl by the lake.

A lowly but academically diligent warrior named Bessho Hikoshiro finds himself unable to move up in the world due to the stifling caste system of the Bakumatsu era. Pressing his hands together in prayer, he unwittingly invites the unwanted attentions of the gods of poverty, pestilence and death..

The story revolves around a hardcore Onyanko Club fanatic who decides he wants to kill the girls to prevent the young, cute idols from getting old and married - in a sense, to preserve their youth for eternity.

Karasuno High School made it through the Miyagi prefecture preliminaries for the Harutaka Volleyball Tournament, which was crowded with strong teams, and advanced to the third round by defeating Hyogo Prefecture representative Inarizaki High School, which was considered one of the favorites for the championship. Their opponent, Nekoma High School, used to have a rivalry with Karasuno, and although their interactions with each other decreased at one point, after Hinata and the others joined the club, they once again became good friends, working out together at training camps and practice games. The battle is called the "Battle at the Garbage Dump" because of the "crow" and "cat" names in the school's name.

They create a world with their cats in which they are accepted and in control - a world where they ultimately have value.
