Zoboomafoo is an American children's television series that aired from January 25, 1999, to April 28, 2001, and is still shown today in syndication depending on the area, and it is regularly shown on PBS Kids Sprout. People's Century is a television documentary series examining the 20th century. It was a joint production of the BBC in the United Kingdom and PBS member station WGBH Boston in the United States. First shown on BBC in 1995, the 26 parts of one hour deal with the socio-economic, political, and cultural movements that shaped the 20th century. The documentary won an International Emmy Award, among others. A departure from other documentaries that observe history as the actions of great men, People's Century considers the Century from the view of common people. Most persons interviewed were ordinary men and women who closely witnessed various events and they give personal accounts how developments in the Twentieth Century affected their lives. The opening credits depict various images from the century, accompanied with a theme music score by Zbigniew Preisner. A very short introduction of the episode would then follow, often illustrated by a dramatic event that illustrates the episode's particular theme coming to the fore. The British version was narrated by Sean Barrett and Veronika Hyks, the American by actors John Forsythe and Alfre Woodard. People's Century was coproduced by the BBC and WGBH with executive producers Peter Pagnamenta and Zvi Dor-Ner, respectively; along with producer David Espar.

The sixth season, a sequel series Perfect Day rotated the original hosts Viestad, Nordström and Meyer, with the addition of Finnish TV chef Sara La Fountain. Imagination Movers is a Live-action Pre-school television series that premiered on September 6, 2008 on Disney Channel. A Praça é Nossa is a Brazilian comedy show broadcast by SBT. It was created in 1956 by Manuel de Nóbrega, with the name of A Praça da Alegria. It is based using a simple and practical scenario: a bench in a square garden, where several characters pass through. It debuted on television in 1957 on channel TV Paulista, being led by its creator until the beginning of 1970s. Until then the attraction already shifted by TV Record and TV Rio. After a while off the air it was broadcast again at 1977-78 by Rede Globo, this time by Luís Carlos Miele. In 1987 the program was revived at Rede Bandeirantes with the title Praça Brasil, presented by Manuel's son Carlos Alberto de Nóbrega. The show has remained on the air since its debut. Actor Clayton Silva was a series regular from 1987 until 2013.

All About You was an educational television series that was syndicated to numerous educational and PBS stations during the early and mid-1970s, mainly as part of weekday in-school telecasts. The series was first produced at WHRO-TV, "Hampton Roads ETV", in Hampton, Virginia. In 1974, production of the series was moved to WGBH-TV Boston, where it was produced in association with WGBH's in-school television initiative, the "21-Inch Classroom". The 1974 episodes were distributed in the US and Canada by the Agency for Instructional Television; this is one of a few WGBH series to have not been distributed by NET or PBS.
