Live from Her Majesty's was a Sunday night live variety show which was produced by London Weekend Television for the ITV network and ran from 1982 to 1988. She sets foot on the big, bad city and is quickly transformed into prostitute. The series ended on January 18, 2013. It ran for 15 weeks with a total of 75 episodes to be replacing by Forever on January 21, 2013.

Originally slated to air for just 8 episodes, the series was awarded several extensions after its successive victory on the ratings game. It remains to be the No. 1 and most preferred youth-oriented drama of the viewers, consistently defeating the four counterpart programs of its competition in television ratings. The series follows the lives and loves of a close-knit group of teenagers through the fictional Westridge high school. The series' universal theme for all ages transcended into tackling more complicated issues, complex character dynamics and exciting tandems – from first loves to first heartbreaks, from "fitting in" to peer pressure, from bullying to how broken marriage affects the teens. The series concluded on June 10, 2012, with 87 episodes all in all. It replaced by Together Forever, another teen drama on its timeslot.

A third extension of 10 weeks was made. The series concluded on February 3, 2012, and was replaced by Biritera. It ran for thirty nine weeks with the total of 195 episodes.

Claudine Barretto, Rico Yan, and Diether Ocampo played the roles of the main protagonists in the series. The series concluded on April 19, 2013. It ran for 13 weeks with the total of sixty three episodes.

Bantatay or The Guardian is a drama-comedy-fantasy series from GMA Network featuring Raymart Santiago, Gelli de Belen, Jennica Garcia and Carl Guevarra. According to AGB Nielsen Mega Manila the show got a ratings of 19.5%, it ranks at no. 3 while its competitor in ABS CBN and TV 5 got only 7.7% and 3.8%. Kantar Media Nationwide TV Rating also recorded a ratings of 14.2%, prompting to be at rank 3 while its competitor in ABS CBN go only 12.8%. The series ended on August 31, 2012 and it will be replaced by Sana Ay Ikaw Na Nga. It ran for 13 weeks with 65 episodes all in all.

Mula Sa Puso is a Philippine remake of the original 1997 TV series that starred Claudine Barretto, the late Rico Yan and Diether Ocampo airing on ABS-CBN. The 2011 remake stars Lauren Young, JM De Guzman, and Enrique Gil. The show is directed by the same director of the original series, Wenn V. Deramas. Impostora or The Impostor is a Filipino drama series aired on GMA Network. It is directed by renowned director Maryo J. de los Reyes starring Sunshine Dizon and Iza Calzado. The series is the first of GMA Network’s grand 57th anniversary offering, it began airing on June 4, and concluded on September 21. The series was successfully aired internationally, with a three-week delay, from June 20, 2007 until October 9, 2007 on GMA Pinoy TV. It was shown in Malaysia. From September 23, 2011 until January 10, 2012 GMA Life TV aired its English-dubbed version worldwide.

Super Inggo is an International Emmy-nominated fantaserye aired on the Philippine television network ABS-CBN. Its main character is Budong, a 10-year-old kid who dreams of becoming a real life and full-fledged superhero. The series started August 28, 2006 and ended its first season run on February 9, 2007, ranking at number 2 in the nationwide Philippine Nielsen ratings. The show went on air again November 3, 2007 titled, Super Inggo 1.5: Ang Bagong Bangis' as a prelude installment to the future events in Book 2 of the superserye. ABS-CBN re-aired the series with the title “Super Inggo: The Director’s Cut,” last September 22, 2008, before “Boy & Kris.”

Stairway to Heaven is a Philippine drama adapted from a Korean drama with the same name; directed by Joyce E. Bernal and developed by Dode Cruz, their third team-up after the highly successful MariMar and Dyesebel. The series premiered on September 14 and ended on December 11, 2009 in the Philippines via GMA Network, starring Dingdong Dantes and Rhian Ramos reprising the ill-fated lovers Cholo and Jodi - originally portrayed by Kwon Sang Woo and Choi Ji Woo - with TJ Trinidad and Glaiza de Castro. It was aired internationally with a two-day delay on GMA Pinoy TV. The series also aired internationally in Malaysia and Vietnam. It will now air on Hawaii's KIKU Television. The TV series also initially re-airs currently via cable channel Fox Filipino channel currently during its first quarter of 2012.

After a successful Canadian run as Second City TV on Global and SCTV on CBC, the cast packed up and moved to America (theoretically) when NBC offered them a timeslot under the title SCTV Network 90. With them, they brought their unique, quirky characters, their personalities, and the shows they had appeared on. Dick Blasucci had begun writing for the cast in their second series, SCTV, and joined them here, serving as a recurring straight man for the characters. Tony Rosato and Robin Duke wrote scripts at the beginning of the show as they had before, until quickly leaving to write and perform for Saturday Night Live. The appeal of SCTV Network 90, however, doesn't only come from the writing, but from the sheer wit of its legendary stars.
